Save the Date and mark your calendar now for The Tapestry of Friendship, spring fundraiser, Saturday May 19, 2018 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
This event will benefit Senior Connections, a program of SASI. The event will be at the Evanston History Center Charles Gates Dawes House, 225 Greenwood St, Evanston, IL. Be sure to join us for an afternoon of refreshments, drawings for unique prizes and live auction. We aren't taking reservations just yet but tickets will be $75.00, $25 for Students.

Giving Tuesday 2017 is November 28

November 11, 2017 was the annual Senior Connections fall luncheon at Reba Place Fellowship Hall. 72 seniors and volunteer visitors attended. There was a scrumptious buffet lunch and a pumpkin decorating art project led by Evanston Art Center volunteers. Pumpkins were generously donated by Windy City Garden Center in Evanston.

The Ruby Slipper Event was held at the Evanston Golf Club in Skokie on Saturday, October 21.This annual benefit featured dinner, silent and live auctions and celebrated our Senior Connections programs. The featured speaker was S. Jay Olshanksy.

The benefit proceeds support our Home Care and Senior Connections programs.

Boomers & Beyond

SASI was proud to be a collaborating sponsor of Boomers and Beyond resource fair on Friday November 3 and panel presentation on Veteran’s Benefits: Navigating the Maze on Thursday November 9.
