SASI Home Care Service

Home care aides provide nonmedical home care, which involves such activities as:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mouth care, medication reminding)
• Mobility assistance (transferring, balance, and walking assistance)
• Homemaker tasks (meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry)
• Errand and appointment assistance and transportation
• Companionship

SASI offers two options for home care arrangements. We can provide a home care aide to you in our capacity as a home services placement agency, or you can hire SASI employed caregivers to provide services directly.

SASI is licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health as a Home Services Agency and a Home Services Placement Agency.
