SASI aides are valued, respected, and trusted partners in the efforts of our clients to stay at home as they age. Approximately 20% of applicants are accepted by the agency.

SASI home care aides are expected to be:

• Professional
• Good communicators
• Good problem solvers
• Experienced in home care
• Encouraging of our clients to be as independent as possible throughout their lives
